Jasmine pearls are hand-rolled leaves and buds in a beautiful garden in Ning, Fujian Province. The tea is harvested in spring, processed and waited until summer, when the jasmine buds are ready to perfume the tea. The tea is mixed with the jasmine buds, which open and release their aroma into the tea. The next morning the open flowers are removed and the process is repeated up to 6 times. All the flowers are removed and the tea is ready.
