It is recommended to make it with milk, vegetable oil, Arata coconut butter and drink it every night before bed. Restores and deflates amazingly.

Turmeric, ginger, pepper, cinnamon

Preparation

1/2 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or butter in a cup of hot milk at boiling point 95°C.
